MANAGING TECH SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE & HIGHLY AUDITED AREAS OF BUSINESS

Banco Popular is the largest bank in Puerto Rico, constantly searching for the latest technologies to maintain its overall competitiveness. With branches across the mainland and the US Virgin Islands, Banco Popular employs over 8,000 people and has an asset value of over $38B.

Striving to always be cutting-edge and provide high-quality services, Banco Popular selected e3 to manage and gather requirements for some of its major projects within its Technology Management Division. Our e3 team has led the implementation of digital and technology solutions that remedy infrastructure obsolescence, comply with industry standards and regulations, meet merchant criteria, and create operational efficiencies in customer service and highly audited areas of business, to name a few. These implementations impacted a third of Banco Popular employees and all of Banco Popular customers across different service lines. In addition, our e3 team has also led the efforts for gathering requirements and preparing request for proposal documentation for Banco Popular’s Corporate Risk Division and Popular Bank – New York Division to evaluate and select the most cost-effective technology solution.
