MMM of Florida is a part of InnovaCare's strategy to expand their innovative and quality healthcare solutions into the U.S. Market. In this goal, they established a robust technological back-end that will be under constant change in order to comply with program requirements and federal regulations. During their expansion, e3 Consulting was responsible for the business analysis of their enrollment, and sales technologies, as well as the data exchanges related to 834 files and other membership data. In addition, e3 led the Operational Program Management that led to the new business line in South Florida.

 

Once in place, e3 continued to support the organization by working on CMS compliance for Provider Data. The team conducted an exercise of contract validation, system accuracy, and internal mock audits to ensure compliance with Federal regulations. In addition, the team worked on contacting providers directly to ensure the most accurate provider demographics in their Provider Directory. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) allowed e3 to successfully work through this data cleanup.
